Absolutely. You can switch between plans at any point. Your subscription will be prorated based on what you've already paid if you upgrade. If you downgrade, changes will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. 

The scale plan means that you'll have your own portal with your logo, name, and the ability to create your own training content for you and all of the users associated with your organization. You'll still have access to everything in our catalog, but you will also have the ability to create your own training content, assessments, and competencies. Yes. You pay per users/ per month. So, if you have a trainee leave, you simply complete the form to unenroll them. If you have a new trainee join in their place, you can complete the form to enroll them in that same spot with no extra cost.
