Can I cancel at any time?

You sure can. We know that life happens and your needs may change. We offer discounts for yearly plans, but we want to provide the flexibility you need. You can cancel your plan at any time and the change takes effect at the end of the billing cycle. 

Are you an ACE provider?

We are! You can earn BACB credits for CEUs through our portal. Our catalog is always growing. 

Are there implementation fees?

Nope! We provide custom training for your organization with the Full Learning System at no extra cost. 

Can I swap out users?

Yes, if a trainee leaves, you can always remove them from the system and add another user.

With our full learning system, users are priced per active user per month. This means that each person logging into the system within a given month counts as a user for that month.
