Frequently Asked Questions 

Who counts as a user?

Anyone in your organization, either supervisors or technicians, counts as a user. Each plan comes with one free admin account. 

Can I change my plan later?

Absolutely. You can switch between plans at any point. Your subscription will be prorated based on what you've already paid if you upgrade. If you downgrade, changes will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. 

Can I swap out my users?

Yes. You pay per users/ per month. So, a staff member leaves or no longer needs access, you can remove them and add another.

Can I demo before purchasing?

You sure can! Send us an email at info@sidekicklearning.net and we will set you up with a demo account. 

I need more users than the plan allows. Can I add more users?

Yes! We know that teams come in all shapes and sizes. You can always switch to a higher plan or add additional trainees or supervisors under your plan. Once you're in the portal, there is a link to manage your subscription. You can purchase additional licenses for $20/user/month.

Can I cancel at any time?

You sure can. We know your needs may change. We don't believe in complicated contracts or locking you into a plan you no longer need. 

Are you an ACE provider?

We are! You can earn BACB CEUs through our portal. Our catalog is always growing.
